Day 15 Breakfast: Coconut Cream Pie Lara Bar and almonds Lunch: Baked potato with veggie chili, cheese, and a side of sliced avocado from McAlister’s Dinner: Leftovers from McAlister’s Day 16 Breakfast: Banana and almonds Lunch: Salad(mixed greens, avocado, tomato, cucumbers, carrots, lemon and lime chile seasoning) Dinner: Tostadas (baked shells, beans, salsa, mixed greens, cheese, tomato, avocado, and lime juice) with brown rice (brown rice, water, a little oil, homemade tomato sauce with garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder for taste) Day 17 Breakfast: Banana and almonds Lunch: Tostadas from Day 16’s dinner Dinner: Bean tamales with salsa from the awesome women of our church Day 18 Breakfast: Banana and almonds Lunch: Salad(mixed greens, cucumbers, carrots, avocado, lemon juice, and chile lime seasoning) Dinner: Stuffed poblano pepper(black beans, brown rice, and cheese) with a side salad(mixed greens, carrots, and tomatoes with lemon juice) Day 19 Breakfast: Banana and almonds Lunch: Bowl(black beans, brown rice, mixed greens, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, salsa and lemon juice) Dinner: Potatoes, corn and carrots with chile lime seasoning Day 20 Breakfast: Smoothie(frozen strawberries, bananas, and a little water) Lunch: Daniel fast approved friend rice (brown rice, carrots, broccoli, corn, and soy sauce) -this isn’t actually fried it is just made as regular brown rice(a little oil and water) added with veggies Dinner: Potato tostadas (baked shells, potatoes, guacamole with jalapeños and tomatoes with lemon juice and black pepper for taste) Day 21 Breakfast: Coconut Cream Pie Lara Bar Lunch: Bean tamales with a side slaw and salsa from the lovely women at church Dinner: Guacamole and baked tostada shells (I ate my lunch a little late so I wasn’t too hungry) I hope my weekly Daniel Fast Meals were of help to you.
