I know this is usually around the time that most people do the fast and I know it can be intimidating for some. Your list of what you can eat is minimized and you simply cannot think of what to eat because you are thinking of all the ingredients you can’t use. To help you cut out the thinking and worrying of what you will eat and help you focus on the real reason of the fast(getting closer to God) I have put together a list of meals you can whip up during the 21 day fast.
