Stress is something so common but often something people do not like to talk about. After all, why would we want others to know that we are stressed? We are superheroes and we can handle anything, right? Well, if we are being honest we all have experienced stress at one time or another.
You know the saying, “Time flies?” Man is that true! For me it doesn’t seem that long ago I graduated from High School let alone College but it has been years. In this time there has been many things I’ve learned and I’ve decided to share 28 of those things since after all, I did complete year 28. In no specific order here are some of the things I’ve learned:
Being a mom I often battle with the idea I shouldn’t have “me" time. Having a full time job I would rather maximize my time with my son rather than spending time on myself. I love spending time with him and at times we are normally on the go so I try to take advantage of every second I have with him when so many others aren’t around. There is just something about that quality time that I just love. What I have realized is quality time for yourself is also very important. It may just be 10 minutes but that may just be what you need. Below I’ve listed 5 simple things you can do during “me” time.
Have you ever wondered what are the best items to pack in your toddlers bag or backpack? I know as a first time mom I would pack pretty much every single thing I could think of. I honestly looked like I was going on a trip with my son’s bag. Haha! I have now figured out what the best items are to take with me without looking like I have packed too much. Below are a list of items I pack in my son’s small backpack.
So you aren’t an extreme couponer? Unfortunately, neither am I. I’ve tried several times but I just couldn’t get the hang of it. But one thing I do know there is always a way to save.
